Enclosures required with Registration Form

1. Copy of Valid MAT/CAT/UTUPGEE / UTUEE / Other Score (if candidate already appeared for)
2. Copy of Graduation Mark Sheet. (Candidates appearing in graduation final year examination may also apply and submit II-year mark sheet)
3. Caste Certificate (If applicable)
4. Domicile Certificate for Uttarakhand Candidate only.
